RETURN POLICY
We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUND POLICY
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your refund is initiated manually then it will take 3-4 working days to process the refund after we receive the shipment.

- Free Shipping on Sarees within India and will be processed within 3-4 business days or earlier from the date of order.
- Our products are packaged in secure tamper-proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier and Immediately contact us at Rityams@gmail.com
- Products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If there is a requirement for the products to be shipped to more than one shipping address then please create separate orders in separate carts for each address.
